Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Tower Team.  This role is responsible for processing of all non-inventory vendor invoices for payment approval. 

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Accounting.  Company will train.

Full time position, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. 

Job Requirements:

  • Data entry skills with accuracy a must.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Review and process invoices for payment
  • Coordinate check runs for Controller's approval
  • Analyze UPS invoices
  • Review vendor statements and monitors accounts to ensure payments are current
  • Investigate and resolve all vendor invoice disputes
  • Maintain records and vendor files
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Assists with other Accounting department duties as needed
